What we do

Habitat for Humanity Kenya Challenge

Empty Ink Cartridges and Mobile Phones
Your continued help is needed together with your empty ink cartridges and old mobile phones so that they can be used to raise funds for the Habitat for Humanity Kenya Challenge being undertaken by Bill, Keith, Paul, Caroline, Ruth and her Son.
All ink cartridges are wanted and those that we are not able to raise funds with will be recycled and a donation made to other charities. Mobile phones can be working or non-working, so if they've been upgraded and your old one is just lying at the back of a drawer or even if they are damaged, we'd love to take them off your hands. However, please ensure that all personal or embarrassing information is deleted before giving them to Caroline.
Check your home - can you help? Ask your neighbours - can they help? Ask your workplace - can they help?
There is a special collection box for the cartridges under the leaflet holders at the back of the church. This is for cartridges only and NOT rubbish. Your assistance with this will be much appreciated.

New way to help raise funds

You can now raise funds for the Kenya Challenge when you order items on line - including your weekly shop from all the major supermarkets. Just go to easyfundraising.org.uk and register nominating St Erkenwald as your Charity/Organisation, then use the links to the item/s you want and the company you wish to purchase from; most major ones support the scheme. Our account will then be credited by up to 15% depending on the company concerned. It's as easy as that, so why not give it a go?
